Pancake Breakfast

We are kicking things off at 8 AM with a fundraiser Pancake Breakfast in the Hall $10 per person $25 per family with proceeds in support of Lakeside Cemetery. Breakfast ends at 10 AM. Mmmmm pancakes!

Parade

Parade time is 10:30 AM. If you're not watching it, you should be in it!

Carrie Wilson is our parade organizer and would be pleased to include your entry. Call Carrie at 1-306-322-7178.

Entrants will convene at the South end of Archerwill prior to parade time.

Sports, Arts & Culture

After the Mayor's Welcome at 1 PM, check out Archerwill's past and present in the Hall from 1 - 3 PM showcasing what Archerwill is all about regarding Sports, Arts, Culture and History. Birthday Cake and Coffee will be served.

Hamburger Sale

The Seniors will hold a fundraiser Hamburger Sale at the Seniors Centre for lunch from 11 AM - 2 PM. $6 Hamburgers, $4 Hot Dogs, $4 Ice Cream with toppings.

Kids' Foam Dance Party

Head over to Archerwill School for 1:30 PM and join in the fun! It's a free of charge Foam Dance Party.

A school tour will be happening at the same time with everything ending at 3 PM.

Jam Session

Bring your instruments and be under the tent for an afternoon Jam Session from 2 - 5 PM. Open to all participants.

"The Swamp" Beer Garden will open. Drink tickets are $5 each or 5 for $20.

Saturday Supper

The Hall Board fundraiser Cold Plate Ham Supper starts at 5 PM. This meal will require the purchase of an advance ticket which will go on sale June 17 - 28 at a cost of $20. Ages 12 & younger are free. Call or drop into Barrier Valley Agencies 306-323-2065. Pay by Cash, Cheque or e-transfer to archerwillhall@gmail.com
