MONEY

All meals and drinks will need to be paid for with CASH.

While the Gas Bar has an ATM, we highly recommend you plan on using a bank or credit union ATM prior to your arrival. Please come prepared.

SILENT AUCTION

A Silent Auction fundraiser will be held starting Saturday morning and will end at the supper.

SHOPPING

All weekend Archerwill Merchandise will be available for purchase in the Hall located on the Stage.

50/50

Archerwill Fire Protection Service is holding a 50/50 fundraiser raffle.

The draw will take place Saturday, July 27th in the Hall at supper.

They are selling 500 RED tickets and 500 GREEN tickets.

OUTDOOR MARKET

The Outdoor Market Group will be under the Big Tree next to the SaskTel building on Hwy 35 selling their baking and other goodies starting at 10 AM. Check it out!

CREATURE COMFORTS

A free of charge Coffee & Water Beverage Bar will be available throughout the weekend in the Hall.

You will be able to access the Hall bathrooms up to 9 PM on Friday & Saturday.

Port-a-Potties are also available in the Hall parking lot.

LEGACY PROJECTS

We have two Legacy Projects. The first is a new sign located beside the Village Office. Stop at it and have your picture taken there. The second is the purchase of new chairs for the hall.

If you wish to make a donation to our Legacy Projects do so by sending money via cheque or e-transter to the Village of Archerwill, Box 130, Archerwill, SK S0E 0B0 or villageofarcherwill@sasktel.net. Or, a donation can be made to the general fund to be spent on the celebration itself at the discretion of the Planning Committee. Thank You for your support.
